Shipping Information

Domestic Free Shipping

Domestic US Continental Shipping is free on most items if the total order value is over $50 or if the weight of the items do not exceed 2lbs. Shipping is charged on special items such as stained glass, glass-framed products, and products where a shipping fee is stated in the product description.

 

International Shipping Charges

Exact shipping charges for any order or product can be calculated by simply filling in your city, country and zip / post code within the Shopping Cart. For your convenience shipping charges can be calculated before checking out or entering any personal details. In many cases, the shipping is inaccurate and we encourage you to email us  for a precise amount. In some cases, a handling fee is charged to prepare international packages and customs forms.

 

Shipping Options

We offer USPS, UPS and DHL  as efficient and cost effective options for both domestic and international shipping. You may select the best option for your needs based on cost and delivery. 

If you have a different shipping preference which we do not list please call or email us and we will try to accommodate your needs. 

 

Time to Ship:

All items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

The length of time a package takes to be delivered varies with the service and destination, however the approximate number of days is shown for the option selected during check out.

 

Tracking Information:

Your tracking number will be emailed to you. UPS, DHL and USPS all offer tracking.

Please note: USPS does not track international orders. Once the package leaves the hands of USPS, it transfers over to the national postal service of the country of destination, and we can no longer guarantee or track shipping.

 

 

Customs fees:

Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the destination country. All applicable duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
