Beneficial Qualities of Rudraksha:
Rudraksha beads are said to have a healing affect by virtue of their electrical and magnetic properties, which can stabilize the body's electrical and nervous systems. The ancient yogis of India considered rudraksha beads to be holy, and claimed that when worn directly in contact with the skin, they convey to the body helpful electromagnetic influences. To see wandering sadhus and swamis wearing rudraksha beads is a common sight among the holy places in India.
Rudraksha beads are from a large evergreen broad-leaved tree which grows in the area from the Ganges Plain in the foothills of the Himalayas, and in Nepal.The term Rudraksha (Rudra i.e. Shiva + aksha i.e. eye) means, "the eyes of Lord Shiva."
Beneficial Qualities of Turquoise: Turquoise provides solace for the spirit and well-being for the body. It promotes spiritual attunement and enhances communication with the physical and spiritual worlds. It can help dispels negative energy and assist with creative problem-solving. Turquoise also calms the nerves when speaking in public and helps stabilize mood swings.
