This stunning and powerful mala consists only of
mahogany obsidian gemstones which have a deep, polished luster of chocolate brown and black. We use the traditional count of 108 beads separated into groups of twelve by contrasting, heart-shaped gemstones, chosen for their beauty and specific vibratory qualities (see below).
All our malas are designed to look good and to make counting mantras or Kriyas easy. You will never go back to counting on your fingers! You will notice that we don't use a silk tassel at the end, which tends to get worn and raggedy, but prefer to use a "Guru" gemstone bead as is the custom in India.
