This is one of favorites, (OK they're all our favorites)! The rich blue lapis lazuli and variegated red jasper gemstones we use for this mala exude beauty and peace. The calming blue color of each lapis gemstone is patterned with faint hues of brown, green and gold - like a miniature earths seen from space!

We use the traditional count of 108 beads, divided into groups of twelve by contrasting faceted jasper gemstones, chosen for their beauty and specific vibratory qualities (see below).

All our malas are designed to look good and to make counting mantras or Kriyas easy. You will never go back to counting on your fingers! You will notice that we don't use a silk tassel at the end, which tends to get worn and raggedy, but prefer to use a "Guru" gemstone bead as is the custom in India. These not only look better, but will last forever.

We make all our malas ourselves to ensure quality and that they start out with a peaceful vibration, not that of a restless factory. A subtle yet conducive energy can be felt when wearing or meditating with these malas. Each one is not only a work of art, it is made to wear and use daily.
