First Craig and Barbara created a unique blend that was full of flavor, and then they used only the finest ingredients, free of all sugars, milk powders, artificial flavorings or coloring, and other undesirable additives. The organic spices have been used in India for centuries and are well known for their profound healing and rejuvenating properties. The black tea is grown in northern India, and is rich in antioxidants.

Directions:
One of the unique qualities of Blue Lotus Chai is that steeping is not necessary! For an 8 oz. cup, bring to boil 4 oz. fresh water, add one rounded scoop (bamboo scoop included inside tin - they have thought of everything), Blue Lotus Chai blend (increase for more spiciness as desired), stir, add 4 oz. of milk of your choice and heat. That's all...you're done! Traditionally sweetener is always used in masala chai to enhance and harmonize the lively flavors of the spices. Choose whatever suits you: sugar, agave syrup, honey, etc., or no sweetener at all. We encourage you to experiment by adjusting the amount of Blue Lotus Chai blend, milk and sweetener to find the 'perfect' cup for you. Try it over ice for a refreshing change.
