Shipping & Returns Information:
Free shipping within the United States on all orders
All free ship orders will be sent by the most economical method. Customers can still select expedited shipping at their cost as an option.
International Shipping Charges:
Exact shipping charges for any order or product can be calculated by simply filling in your city, country and zip / post code within the Shopping Cart. For your convenience shipping charges can be calculated before checking out or entering any personal details.
We offer USPS and FedEx as efficient and cost effective options for both domestic and international shipping. You may select the best option for your needs based on cost and delivery.
We do not charge for packing materials or handling. Some items, such as stained glass, will ship separately, but you will not be charged extra.
If you have a different shipping preference which we do not list please call or email us and we will try to accommodate your needs. We are here to help and make life as easy as possible.
Time to Ship:
All items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated.
The length of time a package takes to be delivered varies with the service and destination, however the approximate number of days is shown for the option selected during check out.
FedEx Domestic and International- tracking number automatically emailed
USPS - tracking number automatically emailed for expedited services
USPS International - tracking number automatically emailed (note: Customer must follow up with customs or their local post office once a shipment enters their country, if necessary - see below)
Please note that all shipments to destinations outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in the destination country. All applicable duties and fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns:You may return the item(s) purchased within 30 days after delivery of your order, for a full refund or exchange. We will refund your shipping costs to return the item to us if it is shipped via the most economical method and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item).
We will not accept returns of the following: (a) any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery; or (b) any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts; or (c) any books that are on special offer; or (d) any CDs or DVDs which have been opened.
Before returning an item for a refund or exchange, please email email@example.com to obtain an RMA number and warehouse address. If possible, please include your packing slip with the return. We suggest you ship by FedEx, insured mail, or by some other trackable means.
